“Because the exploration of identity is central to my practice, my work often focuses on what it means to be a woman — how we feel in our bodies and how we are shaped by and shape the world around us. When I first heard about Cummari, I was immediately inspired by the idea of a space created entirely for women: a whole building where femininity can flourish and thrive.
The vision of Cummari resonated deeply with my own artistic interests, and I felt a strong desire to create work within this environment. Contributing to a space that celebrates care, presence, and female experience felt both natural and meaningful, and I saw the piece as a way to visually support and extend that vision.”
