November 2nd to November 9th, 2026 - Olive Harvest Week at Cummari is an immersive seasonal experience where women are invited to take part in the traditional olive oil harvest on the fertile slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily.

Hosted by small, family-run farms, this hands-on week celebrates sustainable agriculture, local culture, and community, allowing participants to harvest olives, learn artisanal oil-making practices at the mill, and support independent Sicilian producers.

Set during Sicily’s most magical harvest season, the experience blends nature, tradition, and meaningful travel in one of the island’s most iconic landscapes.
